I wanted to play on the computer last night - but my stomach wouldn't allow me to... it has stopped hurting for the interim... I hope it decides to behave. Funny thing, I never know if eating / not eating makes things worse or not - but *stops here because once again.. my keyboard goes kaflooey - and none of the letters I type are right.. ? What's that about? i.e. I type the letter a , it appears as a k.. etc? *

Anyhoo - I didn't realize you weren't finished with my lj bfish

but chu~ I still lurve it..~ and you wouldn't have to pay me any rent XD... OK OK you might have to put up with dog hair...

I've had more things to do at work - I wondered why some of the consultants I work for seemed so excited when I expressed my willingness to learn certain things - and today one guy (who technically I don't even work for) asked me to make some name tags for him. Well you can figure being 23 years in Finance, this type of stuff.. I'm not really up on. So I went scouting around asking about how I can get this accomplished - crimini it's not brain surgery -- I just didn't have any tools at hand to do it .. (they have to install filemaker on my pc, and I didn't have any badges or templates..etc).. so after a bit of asking, I made some badges with a colored logo in them, and - well the fellow seemed rather surprised. >.< It seems his secretary has never made 'no stinkin badges' (so wtf? haha why does he ask me ?) It still is a bit odd having to get tasks from people - after years of just knowing what to do on my own.

My Dad has been having eye troubles - and so hugs to Elfqueen for her eye troubles too. My Dad has macular degeneration - and recently had an operation that was OK at first..but now has encountered bleeding retinas >.<....... Prays for Dad, he's an artist after all..
My Dad made me a handmade card & they gave me a beautiful pin.. "spreading your wings" Dear Helayne, we your devoted parents wish to take this opportunity to express our admiration for your moral courage and compassion while going through such difficult times while retaining your warm and generous heart. Please accept this small token as an expression of our love and esteem. *chu~* ufufu a bit tongue in cheek yet so sweet - !!

and Leigh - well he's just wonderful - he just came home, and he is off to fix an elderly church member's walker - what a guy

Oh, stomach hurts are the worst! I hope it behaved!

I'm sorry about your dad too! :( Bleeding retinas... that sounds so serious. Is he doing better? Has the bleeding stopped? Thank you so much for thinking of me! My eyes are better, taking a break from the computer helped a lot. I have to drive 6 hours to Memphis next Saturday, so hopefully my eyes won't flake out on me and decide to go blurry like they sometimes do. Heh, blurry eyes ^_^

blurry eyes

Oh thanks for your concern for my Dad.. keeps fingers crossed... He's like a member of the 'cave people club' as he can't drive and has to avoid sun. But yay for Dad! He did a painting with his 'poor eyes' it was excellent as usual.. I will have to lj about it..
