I wonder if the folks who are for this, would be offended if the billboard was a stereotype of "hill folk". Like a pale white kid with 3 teeth, holding a bottle of moonshine while driving his car into an old lady. that would get the message across as well, but I recognize people would be offended. There is a better way to handle it. that's all I'm saying.
