Today I went up to the Japanese bookstore in search of paper notebooks that Leigh is quite fond of. Sadly, there was a sign on the door saying the store would be closed til further notice, and the young clerk at こやましょてん said the owner passed on Monday. He seemed like such a dear man. It's not like we talked a lot, but there aren't many non-Japanese customers there, so he would remember be. Sometimes I think we live in a time where people are too busy to stop and notice the people who are part of their routine-
Today ran high on my ditz-o-meter.. I kept getting lost. There is nothing more embarrassing then the ability to get lost on your way home - Yes, my sense of direction is really that bad **cries**
