ARE YOU GOING ARE YOU GOING?
OMG ME TOO! (I HOPE)
Were you going beforehand or are you just going now cause NO ONE TOLD ME and I'm scrambling to try and register and find a hotel and book a flight and all that.
BUT OMG! *chokes on own excitement a bit more*
I knew about Laruku coming beforehand, but it was still not 'official' so I was told not to tell anyone. I registered back in May and got a few weeks back. Some hotels might have rooms but not at the Otakon block rate - The Otakon bbs might have some tips too.
*weeps many many tears*
Oh man, this is going to cost me a fortune but BY GOD AND ALL THAT IS HOLY I AM GOING.

I'll just have to sit here and wait for those longass, innumerable 'concert' reports...
no, really. where is Baltimore, anyway?
It is in MARYLAND. My name is MARY. Clearly this is destiny and HOLY CRAP I NEED TO GO.
It's really not fair in a way.
O.O USO~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I WISH I AM IN US NOW!!!!!!! >.<
whoa...you r really lucky nephentes san~~~~~~~ ( is this ur first time seeing laruku live or mayb you've went before?^^"")

It's about time they finally announced it. :) I wish I could go but I have more distressing things to worry about, plus I have no more vacation days ;_;
WAAAAAA >__< i need to find a way to the usa quick hmmm *strokes imaginary beard*....>.< ^____^ so cool! I hope u have fun! XD hehehe plse share with us all that happens. wonder wats the chance of laruku coming to oz T__T
I can't go ;x;, so I hope you have a really great time! ^3^/
I wish I could go. :(
They should do a US Tour... and come to California.
I'll show them around, if they need a guide. :)

Yes! I'm going! All the way from California! But you already knew that.
Some people travel all the way to Japan to see their tour and are envied by the less fortunate people who can't go (like myself). But those less fortunate people don't complain about the inability to go to Japan... And yet, I'm seeing lots of people everywhere (not particularly the ones who are posting in this LJ) complaining about not being able to go to Baltimore... :(
and it was kind of a big freakin risk we took.. wasn't it? ahaha like Junk bonds, never knew if it was really gonna happen.
Yeah it's so nice that so many people are 'happy' for us *snort* Sure I wish everyone could go - ... but I'm always happy for friends who got to see them in Japan..

I'm just afraid the arena can't fit all the people who bought otakon membership and want to go to the concert. Arena capacity in concert mode is 13,500 according to the arena's website. But otakon is expecting 20,000 people to attend. Now I assume some of those people don't care for the concert, but you also need to take into account fans who just decide to come for the concert, even crazy japanese fans. They need to have a system to assign seats and be fair about who can go and who can't. A block away is the ghetto part of Baltimore. I don't want to have to end up lining up outside the arena overnight, and then get mugged by strange people.
Now, we are really happy for you :) Right a lot!! And take pictures!!!
Good on you, rabi and nepenthes. :) Enjoy your trip and please write some live reports for those of us who can't go.
I've been to the pieces forum and really can't agree more with you. :) I love Laruku, I don't have the resource to see them in live yet. And Laruku has never gone to my country for a live performance. Yet you don't see me whining about it. -_-
I think people should be grateful for them going to US instead of whining that they don't go to a particular city.
Maybe Ayumi can help w/that? I don't know
...I'm totally squee-in right now. I knew it'd happen sometime soon, but not *this* soon. I guess I should've figured... Laruku is a crazy-busy band. They knew that just releasing an album wouldn't count for much here in the US unless they actually promoted it as well.
I wish I could here their Engrish in person though because it's so cute. XD ...Oh, and their performance, too, der. =p It's funny that they chose Otakon for their first live here... There are enough ppl who *think* they know Japanese (at any con) to be like a mini home away from home for the guys... >=p
Uwaaa~! o_O This year? Ne? Ne? *_* I thought they'll be in THE ROCK ODYSSEY 2004?????? x_X
I really need to go to Otakon NOW!!! Maybe I'll leave out of Japan early and catch up to them. XD (I don't care if I sound like a fangirl right now but I really want to meet hyde in person for so long! ;_;)
Oh. My. God.
When I received some mails from MLs about it, I was just stuck. hmm.
I'm disappointed, I wish I could go .___.
(but going to Baltimore is much like going to Japan for me, regarding the tickets, hotels etc. -.-;)
Glad you're going Helayne! Don't forget to make report! ^_^
^____^ issho ni!
Although they said we can't stand for hours in line. So that means no camping :\ I'm sorry XD
I suppose I will see you there~ XD *high five*
Highly irrelevant, but RAD icon dude.
OMG I'm so happy for you!! And envious too. So VERY envious >_< but nevertheless happy ^_^ Enjoy their performance for the rest of us who can't go, y'hear? Come back with detailed reports.. And if they allow cameras, take pictures! LOADS OF PICTURES!! @_@
