The wonderful thing about coming from an Irish family (well, I'm Grish! half greek half Irish)... is that, well at least in my case, are very dear, sweet, emotional and just an all round great bunch.
My "great and groovy Aunt Pat" posted some wonderful service pics to the family ML
THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! *salutes*
My wonderful Uncle Larry - he died of scleroderma, but he had such a bright personality... I learned so much from him.. Thank you Larry!
My dear and easily moved to tears in tender family moments...Uncle Gene..!
He's a wonderfully talented photographer, and has written about the History of Michigan towns!. Fortunate for me, he lives close to us.!!!! He has a grant to write his next book on Michigan ghost towns...
My dad - well... ahahah When I was a little girl, I remember always wanting to look at these pictures.. I would show them to my friends and exclaim "he was so handsome!" I think I must blame (thank??) my Dad for Japanese interest/obsession - as he started it all.
Francis! I took that name when I made my Catholic confirmation. Francis is like me in a way (His wife is also his sister in law... the whole sister & brother marrying a sister & brother thing)... His son is a latin rite Catholic priest.. so he's from the ultra conservative religious end of the family... so please, don't show him my lj! ^.~
